How can I in a tense situation to control their own feelings? I have some anxiety and madness, when, like today, I hit a car occurs, it wasn't bad and I only touched screaming wife and I was afraid …. I was a mess. I was Champlain and trazadone problem but sometimes it doesn't. I just need proper guidance, if someone can tell me how to handle this. I am also afraid of what I have and its impact.
